At Crayon Box India, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to make your shopping experience seamless and enjoyable. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Transit Damage:
We pack our products with care and love to ensure they reach our customers safely. However, in rare cases, damage during transit may occur. In such cases:
- Opening Video is Required: Please record a video while unboxing the package, clearly showing the product and any damage.
- If the product is damaged, we will either replace it or issue a refund, depending on availability. Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process a refund or replacement.
Kindly email us the unboxing video at crayonboxindia@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Returns and Refunds:
- We do not provide exchanges unless the product is damaged. In the case of transit damage, a refund or exchange for the same product will be offered, subject to availability.
- Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., products with name engravings) are not eligible for refund or exchange, except in cases of damage during transit.
- To initiate a return, please provide a video showing the product being repackaged. To and Fro shipping costs in such cases will be extra and depend on the parcel size.
- For certain locations without a reverse pickup service, customers are kindly requested to send the product themselves.
Refunds will be processed within 4-6 working days and credited to your original payment method. Bank timelines may vary.

Non-Refundable Items:
- Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., products with name engravings) are not eligible for refund or exchange, except in cases of damage during transit.
- Products not returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact, or those that show signs of use, are not eligible for a refund.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return due to damage, please email us at crayonboxindia@gmail.com with the subject line: "Return Request - [Order ID]."
- Attach the unboxing video clearly showing the damage.
- Once we verify the issue, we will process a refund or exchange for the same product based on availability.
