• We aim to deliver your orders within 2-7 business days within India.
• Delivery times may vary based on your location, distance, and our logistics partners. While we provide an estimated delivery time on the shipping page, please note that these are indicative and may vary.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or postal authorities, but we will assist you in tracking your package through our partner courier services.

Delivery Exceptions:

• While we strive to meet our standard delivery time, in some cases, delays may occur due to:
  • Public holidays or non-working days of our delivery partners.
  • Unforeseen circumstances such as restrictions.
  In such instances, an additional buffer day will be added to the estimated delivery time.

Multiple Packages:

• Your order may arrive in multiple packages from various locations, but you will only be charged one delivery fee for the entire order.

Shipment Tracking:

• Once your package is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking details to follow your order's journey.

International Shipping (Outside India):

• For international orders, we ship via reputed courier partners, and delivery is expected within 10-15 days. Any delays will be communicated.

Transit Damage:

We pack our products with care and love to ensure they reach our customers safely. However, in rare cases, damage during transit may occur. In such cases:

• Opening Video is Required: Please record a video while unboxing the package, clearly showing the product and any damage.
• If the product is damaged, we will either replace it or issue a refund, depending on availability. Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process a refund or replacement.

Returns and Refunds:

• We do not provide exchanges unless the product is damaged. In the case of transit damage, a refund or exchange for the same product will be offered, subject to availability.
• Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., products with name engravings) are not eligible for refund or exchange, except in cases of damage during transit.
• To initiate a return, please provide a video showing the product being repackaged. To and Fro shipping costs in such cases will be extra and depend on the parcel size.
• For certain locations without a reverse pickup service, customers are kindly requested to send the product themselves.

Refunds will be processed within 4-6 working days and credited to your original payment method. Bank timelines may vary.
